About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring that our products reach the right market.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales offline and online
  • Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and e-commerce platforms to support promotions and activations.
  • Conduct product training sessions for sales teams, partners, and clients to strengthen product knowledge and market positioning.
  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports for campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support product development and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or product training (cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry is an advantage).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with good project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
