Job description:

The Marketing Assistant provides support to the marketing team in implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and events. This role involves assisting in day-to-day marketing activities, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, monitoring market trends, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Support in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Monitor and update the company's website and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and agencies for marketing-related requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on campaign performance and marketing analytics.
  • Organize and assist in company events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the marketing department (e.g., filing, scheduling, documentation).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing or related roles (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive attitude
