We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused 
Tech Resource Person
 with a strong background in account management and delivery of Microsoft-based solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in both technical and client-facing environments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in account management and client-facing roles
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and technical advocacy.
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus.
  • Can start ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical liaison for clients, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and alignment with technical solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate Microsoft solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Will be working on product management, account planning and service delivery outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement Microsoft-based solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform).
  • Develop technical documentation, training materials, and client-facing resources.
  • Support technical projects and initiatives from planning to execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with internal and external stakeholders.

Other details:

  • Monthly Compensation will base on experience and qualifications.
  • Working hours are from Monday – Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
  • Work from Home (but may be requested to do on-site at client's location if requested, Metro Manila)
