
Personal/Executive Assistant

We are looking for skilled Tele-Operators to remotely control robotics, drones, and other advanced technical equipment from our Manila-based facilities. Ideal candidates will possess strong operational skills, quick reflexes, and the ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies. This position demands high precision, attention to detail, and effective real-time problem-solving capabilities in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the company owner, ensuring efficiency and organization in all operations. Ranging from support in basic HR, Marketing, Accounting related tasks.
- Providing personal support to the CEO with tasks such as calendar reminders, making travel arrangements, assisting in event planning, etc.
- Managing basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, budget tracking, and financial reporting.
- Assisting in the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing, to enhance our online presence and engagement.
- Coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients.
- Assisting with the sourcing of products from overseas suppliers, including China and other countries.
- Contributing to project management by organizing resources, maintaining timelines, and ensuring the seamless execution of tasks.
- Assisting in the analysis and preparation of reports, presentations, and data to support decision-making processes.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a personal/executive assistant role, with a solid foundation in accounting principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Preferably with knowledge in construction/architecture/design.
- With previous experience dealing with Chinese suppliers.
- Ability to speak and communicate in Chinese would be considered an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build relationships with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in office software, accounting tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- An understanding of the basic concepts of architecture and construction would be considered an advantage.
- PA diploma or certification is not required but would be considered an advantage.
- The role will be based on our office in Ortigas Ave.

- A proactive and positive attitude, with a keen ability to solve problems creatively and work independently.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to speak or write in Mandarin Chinese (added advantage).
