Work from Home Requirements:

  • Must have your own Laptop/desktop setup with Monitor (configuration to be discussed)
  • Office Desk & Chair
  • Must use Hubstaff to record time at work.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper who is an expert in Xero. If you're an Accounting graduate who's confident with Google Sheets and enjoys keeping things organized and accurate, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements:

  • Proven and advanced experience using Xero Accounting Software
  • Graduate of Accountancy or related field Strong skills in Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of Zoho Inventory is a Plus
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work Monday to Saturday, NZT hours Reliable, organized, and proactive Key

Responsibilities:

  • Daily checking and verification of payments
  • Daily reconciliations
  • Day to day accounts assistance
  • Preparation and checking of fortnightly payroll
  • Preparation and checking of monthly commissions
  • Support the Sales team with payment-related and accounts inquiries
  • Ensuring all payments are received and accurately recorded in Google Sheets and Inventory management system
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Other accounting-related tasks as assigned
