RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with different departments to align sales and operational goals.
  • Prepare regular sales and operations reports for management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard procedure.
  • Oversee budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Marketing, Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' work experience in Sales, Operations, or any related field.
  • Proven leadership skills with strong communication and decision making abilities.
  • Ability to manage teams, handle pressure, and deliver results.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite and knowledge of e-learning platforms is a plus.
  • Must have own laptop and be willing to work on-site.
