Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Virtual Assistant located in Metro Manila. The Virtual Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling communications, and performing administrative duties. The role also includes tasks like data entry, preparing reports, and supporting various departments within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Administrative skills: Scheduling, Meeting Coordination, and Data Entry
  • Communication skills: Email Management, Customer Service Interaction, and Report Preparation
  • Organizational skills: Task Management and Document Organization
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
