About the role

Join our fast-paced team at OutGrowBase as a full-time Virtual Assistant. In this essential role, you will be the key support to our executives, providing administrative, organisational and operational assistance to help drive the success of our growing business. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an innovative and dynamic company, with the flexibility of remote work from your location in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, and handling correspondence
  2. Assisting with document preparation, data entry, and other clerical duties to ensure smooth business operations
  3. Conducting research, compiling information, and preparing reports and presentations as needed
  4. Coordinating travel arrangements and booking accommodations
  5. Offering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  6. Contributing to special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organisation
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  4. Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  6. Familiarity with virtual office tools and technologies
