Accounts Receivable Responsibilities

Invoicing & Billing

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers on time.
  • Ensure all billing reflects agreed terms, pricing, and conditions.

Collections & Payments

  • Monitor customer accounts for outstanding balances.
  • Follow up on overdue payments through reminders, calls, or emails.
  • Record payments promptly and accurately.

Account Reconciliation

  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers with customer statements.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or payment issues.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain up-to-date AR records and customer files.
  • Prepare regular reports on aging of receivables and collection status.
  • Support audits by providing necessary AR documentation.

Customer Service

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure timely payments.

Compliance & Controls

  • Ensure adherence to company policies
  • Protect sensitive financial data and maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
