Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate

Reports to: Head of Finance / Finance Supervisor 

Location: Makati (Hybrid)

Job Summary

The AR Associate is responsible for invoicing, collections, payment monitoring, and accurate recording of accounts receivable transactions. The role ensures timely billing, healthy cash flow, and accurate financial reporting while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on outstanding client payments regularly to ensure timely collection and maintain positive client relationships.

  • Prepare and send accurate monthly invoices; ensure all AR transactions are recorded correctly and on time.

  • Maintain and update client service agreements and billing documentation.

  • Generate weekly AR aging reports, reconcile payments, and prepare monthly Service Revenue Reports.

  • Assist in month-end closing, provide administrative support to the finance team, and prepare vendor accreditation documents.

  • Perform other tasks and support special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 1–2 years experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting (fresh graduates may also be considered).

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.

  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).

  • Good communication skills and ability to follow up with clients professionally.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines.
