Virtual Assistant – E-Commerce, Branding & Design (Remote, Full-Time)

Support JSAI Aero + Launch a New Athletic Brand: X-TRN

We're hiring a driven, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support two exciting brands:

  • JSAI Aero – A global automotive aero parts business based in Australia
  • X-TRN – A new athletic performance wear brand launching soon

You'll help build a Shopify store from scratch for X-TRN, manage an existing online store for JSAI Aero, and run all things social media, digital marketing, and basic design.


Key Responsibilities

Shopify / E-Commerce

  • Build and launch a new Shopify store from the ground up (X-TRN)
  • Execute based on brand brief, product list, and layout guidance
  • Ensure a clean, mobile-friendly user experience and seamless navigation
  • Maintain JSAI Aero's existing Shopify store — update products, check for issues, and optimize listings

Graphic Design & Visuals

  • Design basic visual assets for social media posts, banners, product pages, etc.
  • Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
  • Maintain visual consistency across both brands

Social Media Management

  • Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Post reels, stories, and feed content regularly
  • Monitor DMs, respond to comments, and help build engaged communities

Marketing & Content

  • Write blogs, product reviews, email blurbs, and social captions
  • Help plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Implement basic SEO in product pages and content

Tracking & Reporting

  • Provide daily and weekly reports on completed tasks and engagement
  • Self-manage your time, task lists, and performance checkpoints
  • Track results and contribute to marketing improvements

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience with Shopify store builds and management
  • Must have completed 3-5 full Shopify store builds from start to finish
  • Proven graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience required
  • Social media content creation experience (especially reels/TikTok)
  • Fluent in English, strong writing skills for product and blog content
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Must have a strong, consistent internet connection
  • Must provide a reference from a previous CEO or direct manager
  • Please include links to past Shopify work, design samples, or social media pages you've managed

Position Details
  • Type: Full-time, Remote
  • Trial Period: ₱25,000 PHP for first 3 months
  • Ongoing Salary: ₱35,000 PHP/month + benefits & bonuses
  • Hours: Daily check-ins required (AU business hours)
  • Must be available for 1-2 hours overlap with Australian business hours daily
