We're looking for a motivated and reliable
Appointment Setters
to join a growing chiropractic team based in the US.

This is a full-time, remote role ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a strong sense of professionalism. You'll be the first point of contact for potential and current patients — helping them feel supported and ensuring they get scheduled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with leads and existing patients to schedule appointments
  • Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain and update patient scheduling information accurately
  • Use scheduling tools or EMR platforms to manage the appointment calendar
  • Relay any concerns or questions to the appropriate team members
  • Provide a positive and helpful first impression for every patient interaction

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or a similar admin role
  • Friendly, persuasive, and confident phone presence
  • Comfortable with using scheduling software, CRMs, or EMRs
  • Can work independently and remain organized
  • Has a strong work ethic and takes initiative
  • Healthcare or chiropractic experience is a plus (but not required)
