About the role

Tailor Made Outsourcing is seeking a talented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and organisational support to our clients, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila, Philippines, offering the flexibility and work-life balance of a remote work arrangement.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements for clients
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and filing
  • Handle email correspondence and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with project management tasks and follow up on action items
  • Perform any other administrative duties as required to support the team and clients

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in providing top-notch customer service and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
