Schedule: Dayshift

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for Human Resources management, including labor relations, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will also represent the company in labor-related matters and serve as a key liaison. This position supports the HR in dealing with disciplinary actions or proceedings across various and departments of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of relevant experience in human resources particularly in Labor Law.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills; strong organizational abilities; and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You must be well-versed on Philippine labor laws and other pertinent rules and regulation. This includes familiarity of company policies and processes, and make sure that these are conscientiously complied with and enforced throughout the organization.
  • Review incident report or complaint against employees.
  • Conduct investigation on disciplinary action.
  • Recommend or determine appropriate resolution on administrative cases.
  • Serve and discuss administrative resolutions/decisions to all concerned.
  • Address labor-related concerns, including of employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
