We're expanding and seeking a skilled Appointment Setter based in the Philippines. This role is pivotal to our growth and the client experience.
Role snapshot
- Primary goal: Engage warm leads using a value-first approach, build rapport quickly, qualify fit using clear criteria, and book appointments for our Property Advisers on high-ticket services.
- Work type: Full-time, remote, contractor engagement (PH-based).
- Schedule: Aligns with Sydney time. Typical window 9:30 am–7:00 pm AEST/AEDT. Manila start time is 6:30–7:30 am depending on daylight saving. Some flexibility for team huddles and campaign peaks.
- Reporting to: Head of Growth / Sales Lead.
Key responsibilities
- Call, text, and email warm leads; run concise discovery to assess interest and fit.
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team and send calendar confirmations.
- Maintain accurate, timely CRM notes with next steps clearly set.
- Nurture prospects with structured follow-ups and objection handling.
- Hit targets for conversations, show-up rate, and appointments booked.
- Collaborate with marketing to provide lead quality feedback and improve campaigns.
Must-have qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in appointment setting or phone-based sales. 5+ years strongly preferred.
- Excellent English fluency, spoken and written, with confident live-call delivery.
- High-ticket services exposure and professional rapport-building skills.
- Formal sales training with structured discovery and objection handling.
- Experience serving US, AU, or UK clients.
- Tech savvy with CRMs and diallers; fast, accurate data entry.
Nice-to-have (advantageous)
- Property or real estate, finance, or other advisory services background.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Aircall or RingCentral, Google Workspace, Slack.
- Knowledge of recognised sales methodologies such as consultative selling, SPIN, or Sandler.
- Experience working to Australia schedules (making it a day job for you).

What success looks like (KPIs)
- Speed to lead: Inbound leads contacted within 5 minutes; re-engagement within 15 minutes during rostered hours.
- Live conversations: 25–35 quality conversations per day, prioritising decision makers.
- Bookings: 12–18 qualified appointments per week from warm leads, subject to campaign volume.
- Booking conversion: 15–25 percent of contactable leads to booked appointment.
- Show-up rate: 70–85 percent with reminder sequences and confirmations.
- Qualification quality: 80 percent of booked appointments meet ICP criteria and agenda is confirmed.
- No-show recovery: 40 percent rebooked within 7 days.
- Data hygiene: 100 percent of calls and outcomes logged same day with next step set and correct tags.
- QA score: 85 percent+ on call reviews for rapport, discovery depth, and objection handling.
Final KPI targets confirmed at onboarding based on active campaigns and lead flow.
Growth & development
Clear pathways into Senior Appointment Setter, Sales Associate, or Operations Support. Regular coaching, playbooks, and call reviews.
Compensation & benefits
- Base pay: ₱30,000–₱50,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
- Performance incentives: Appointment and attendance bonuses; additional commission for qualified deals progressing to sale.
- 13th month: Available for full-time employees; for contractor engagements, this may not apply.
- Paid training, team recognition, and access to professional development resources.
Final compensation structure confirmed at offer, based on classification (employee or contractor) and local regulations.
Home office & connectivity requirements
- Quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for calls.
- Internet: Minimum 25 Mbps stable connection; backup connection highly preferred.
- Hardware: Reliable computer, webcam, and noise-cancelling headset.
- Power backup solution strongly preferred.
Hiring process
