Internship Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Human Resources team as interns. This internship program offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, providing a solid foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial screenings.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, scheduling orientations, and facilitating introductions.
  • Participate in employee relations activities, including handling inquiries, conducting research, and drafting communications.
  • Assist in HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and organizing files.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including policy development, training programs, and employee engagement activities.

Learning Objectives:

  • Gain practical experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork through hands-on projects and assignments.
  • Learn about HR best practices, policies, and compliance requirements in a professional work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.
  • Must be able to complete 600 hours.
