About the role

Felport International Marketing is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Intern to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organisation. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including job posting, screening applications, and arranging interviews
  2. Provide support in employee onboarding and orientation activities
  3. Maintain and update employee records and personnel files
  4. Assist in the planning and coordination of HR-related events and training programs
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  6. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  5. Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges
  6. Willing to render at least 5 to 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) 8AM to 5PM
