About the Role

We are looking for proactive and passionate HR or Psychology students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in human resources. As an HR Intern, you will be exposed to various aspects of the employee lifecycle and contribute to meaningful projects that support the overall HR function. This internship provides a strong foundation for students pursuing a career in Human Resources or Organizational Development.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications
  • Help maintain and organize employee records and documentation
  • Assist in onboarding processes and training coordination
  • Participate in HR compliance reviews and policy documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to learn and collaborate with a team
  • Available for a minimum of 3 months
