KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Assist in posting job openings and screening applicants
  • Schedule interviews and support recruitment efforts
  • Help with onboarding new hires and preparing HR documents
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Support internal events and employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and other HR projects

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Discreet and able to handle confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
