Human Resources Intern
HR Intern Purpose:
The HR internship role offers practical experience to students in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. HR interns gain insight into HR processes and contribute to essential functions while learning valuable skills.
HR interns assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and administrative tasks. HR internships provide practical experience and a learning opportunity to gain insights into HR practices and processes.
The HR Intern will assist the Operations team deliver results in the areas of :
New Hire Onboarding
- Collect and process the pre-employment requirements of upcoming new hires such as:
- 201 files ( critical pre-employment requirements and internal documents)
- Medical endorsement and consultation
- Background check monitoring
Hiring
- Execute intern hiring process from sourcing to onboarding such as:
- job posting
- paper screening and initial interview
- scheduling of interview with the hiring team
- onboarding: collection of requirements:
- Collect and process the pre-employment requirements of upcoming new hires such as:
- 201 files ( critical pre-employment requirements and internal documents)
- Medical endorsement and consultation
- Background check monitoring
Evaluation:
- Assist the Operations team in activities such as maintaining employee records, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting employee training and development programs. orientation and training.a
- Assist the Operations team in evaluating each employees performance
Accounting:
- Assist the Accounting / Operations team in auditing each stores for monitoring each store / employees' performance.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, BS Business Administration major in Human Resource or any related course
Onboarding Requirements:
- Officially enrolled in a college
- Enrolled in an internship subject
- With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school
- Able to pass the pre-internship requirements
Pay: From Php per day
Benefits:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Thursday
- 200-360hours Training
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: Php150.00 per day
