We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandise Planner (Mapper) to join our growing distribution team. The role is responsible for identifying, mapping, and documenting retail shops within assigned territories to support sales and merchandising strategies. Working closely with Sales Agents, the Merchandise Planner will play a vital part in strengthening retail coverage, improving product visibility, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct systematic retail mapping within designated territories and build a comprehensive database of retail outlets.
  • Collaborate with Sales Agents to validate mapped outlets and align with coverage plans.
  • Monitor in-store merchandising conditions and provide field insights to enhance product visibility and placement.
  • Assist in evaluating and recommending potential retail partners for onboarding.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of mapping activities and field findings.
  • Provide territory coverage reports and updates to management on a regular basis.
  • Travel as required to support mapping and merchandising initiatives across different areas.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Philippine Driver's License with restrictions permitting manual 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles.
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail mapping, merchandising, field auditing, or related sales support functions.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, distribution, or FMCG fieldwork is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Suite applications, particularly Excel/Sheets.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in reporting.
  • Physically fit and willing to travel regularly within assigned territories.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Work Arrangement:

  • On-site, Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
