Overview

Join Avon as a Commercial Category Planner. At Avon, we're on a mission to create beauty with purpose. As a Category Planner, you'll play a key role in shaping how our products come to life in our brochures and campaigns—making sure they're exciting, strategic, and aligned with what our Representatives and customers love.

Responsibilities
  • Be the strategic mind behind our campaign planning for a specific product category. Working closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Demand, and Supply Chain, you'll develop a 12-month campaign roadmap that brings category strategies to life. You'll lead demand review sessions, manage pricing and promotions, and ensure our offers are compelling and commercially sound. Your work will directly impact how our Representatives engage with our brand and drive business growth.
    • Creating and maintaining a year-long campaign plan aligned with business and channel strategies
    • Leading category-specific demand review sessions to align cross-functional teams
    • Managing discount strategies, ensuring they're competitive and effective
    • Designing offers and collaborating with creative teams to bring them to life
    • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure campaign readiness and product availability
    • Reviewing campaign performance and recommending improvements based on data
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 2–4 years of experience in store planning, merchandising, pricing strategy, or commercial planning
    • Experience in direct selling, beauty, or FMCG industries is a strong advantage
    • Strong analytical and planning skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to lead cross-functional meetings and collaborate across departments
    • Commercial acumen and a knack for interpreting data
    • Experience in campaign execution and project management
