About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic (Information Systems) Business Process Manualization Staff to join our team at Renaissance Park and Chapels' in Koronadal City South Cotabato. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for documenting and formalizing the company's key business processes and workflows.

What you'll be doing

  1. Analyse and document the company's key business processes and workflows
  2. Create and maintain comprehensive process manuals and operating procedures
  3. Ensure documentation is clear, user-friendly and aligned with industry best practices
  4. Provide training and support to teams on new or updated processes
  5. Continuously review and refine processes to drive operational efficiency
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities

What we're looking for

  1. IT Graduate with encoding/scripting skills
  2. Strong understanding of business process management methodologies and tools
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly
  4. Proficient in using productivity and documentation software (e.g. MS Office)
  5. Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  6. Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently
