About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business System Analyst to join our team at Renaissance Park and Chapels' in Koronadal City South Cotabato. This full-time role will be responsible for analysing and optimising our business systems and processes to drive operational efficiency and support the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting in-depth analysis of current business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
  2. Designing and implementing new business systems and processes to streamline operations
  3. IT and development to ensure effective system integration and deployment
  4. Providing training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
  5. Continuously monitoring and optimising business systems to maintain efficiency and effectiveness
  6. Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  4. Experience in business process mapping, documentation, and optimisation
  5. Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analysis techniques
