About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team at Renaissance Park and Chapels' in Koronadal City, South Cotabato. This full-time role will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services to support our manufacturing and logistics operations.
What you'll be doing
- Researching and evaluating suppliers to ensure the best quality and value for our purchases
- Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors
- Processing purchase orders and tracking deliveries to meet production and operational needs
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and identifying opportunities to optimise stock levels
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand purchasing requirements and coordinate deliveries
- Ensuring all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficient in using procurement software and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
