Planning Staff

About the role

Renaissance Park and Chapels' is seeking a skilled Planning Staff (Civil Engineer) to join our team in Koronadal City South Cotabato. This full-time role is responsible for providing civil engineering support and expertise to our park and chapel development projects. As a key member of our planning team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation of our strategic initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting site assessments, surveys, and feasibility studies to inform project planning and design
• Preparing detailed civil engineering plans, drawings, and technical specifications for park and chapel construction
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitoring construction progress and quality to ensure adherence to safety and engineering standards
• Providing technical support and advice to project stakeholders throughout the development process
• Assisting with the preparation of tender documents and evaluation of contractor proposals
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, best practices, and technological advancements in civil engineering

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as structural design, site planning, and construction management
• Proficiency in using engineering software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
