About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this full-time Graphic Designer/Marketing Staff role at Renaissance Park and Chapels' in Koronadal City South Cotabato is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company's services.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing a variety of visual assets, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, social media content, and other marketing collateral
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • Staying up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's visual identity
  • Supporting the marketing team with various administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  • Degree in related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
  • Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
