Job Description:

Track and manage company stocks, supplies, and equipment to ensure proper accountability, accurate recording, and timely reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of company stocks, supplies, and issued equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safekeeping of items.
  • Coordinate with departments for issuance and retrieval of supplies/equipment.
  • Prepare inventory and accountability reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (Business, Management, or related field preferred).
  • With experience in inventory, warehousing, or stock management is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other inventory tracking tools.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
