Permits Specialist

KEY FUNCTIONS/ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be able to negotiate and develop a good relationship with concerned government agencies resulting to zero to minimal "miscellaneous expense" in obtaining permits and licenses required of the project.
• Monitor team's progress both in application and processing of all required permits and individual growth.
• Secure building permits and other related permits and clearances pertinent to construction or occupancy of units as required by various institution.
• Secure Tax Declaration for completed units (condo or housing) and conduct and verification and identify all projects without the Tax Declaration as scheduled on a timely manner
• Process application for development or alteration permit and other related permits and clearances for the development of the project.
• Prepare Individual TCT and CCT to Securities Custodian for proper safekeeping.
• Monitor and process the timely payment of Taxex (RPT, CGT, DST, TTAX) in all rawland properties and prepares liquidation.
• Process the application of DAR Clearance, Conservation, Exemption and Certificate of Non-CARP Coverage for all agricultural rawland and conducting assistance in due diligence and title trace back for rawland banking acquisition.
• Formulate a systematic procedure in controlling and monitoring of all permits and licenses.
• Establish and observe good relation and rapport to LGU from staff to the Division Head.
• Submit monthly monitoring & status report of all permits and licenses status.
• Prepare and document all projects and process in the system (FREBAS)
• Prepare RFP request and Cash Advances in FREBAS and SAP for ail legal and misc. related fees.
