About the Role

We are seeking for a Business Development Manager to lead business growth in renewable energy with a focus on
bioenergy, biomass, and integrated energy solutions
. Build long-term partnerships with commercial and industrial clients across the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales strategies for bioenergy, biomass, and energy solutions.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Monitor market and regulatory trends to support business development.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations.
  • Meet sales targets and expand market presence.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years' experience in renewable energy, ideally bioenergy/biomass.
  • Strong track record in B2B sales and closing high-value deals.
  • Familiarity with energy commercial models (lease, SPA, EPC).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Philippine citizen, legally authorized to work locally.
