Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Cashier / Accounts Receivable to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, ensuring accurate billing and collections, and maintaining proper financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately
  • Issue official receipts and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
  • Record and monitor accounts receivable, including patient/client billings
  • Prepare daily cash reports and assist in cash reconciliation
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding billing and payment concerns
  • Follow company policies on cash handling and financial controls
  • Address client or patient inquiries related to payments and billing
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and personal information
  • Assist in other accounting or administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course
  • At least 1 year of experience as a cashier or in accounts receivable (preferred but not required)
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
