Job Summary:

The Cashier is responsible for accurately processing customer payments, issuing receipts, and managing the cash register in accordance with company policies. This position ensures all transactions are handled efficiently and transparently while maintaining professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers courteously at the counter.
  • Process all sales transactions including play rates, snacks, socks, and other in-store items.
  • Handle cash, card, and GCash payments accurately and securely.
  • Issue official receipts and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded in the POS system.
  • Maintain accuracy in cash handling and ensure the register balances at the end of each shift.
  • Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies (receipts, forms, etc.).
  • Follow company policies on cash handling, refunds, and transaction documentation.
  • Prepare daily cash reports and conduct inventory of counter items
  • Assist in answering basic customer inquiries such as play rates, party package prices, and available snacks or items

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduate or College Level
  • At least 6 months of experience in cashiering or handling cash transactions preferred
  • Knowledgeable in POS operation and basic accounting procedures
  • Trustworthy, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Friendly and customer-service oriented
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php461.00 per day
