Collector

Job Summary / Position Objectives:

• The Collector is primarily responsible for collecting and receiving of payments from the customers and handling other errands.

Key Result Areas / Duties & Responsibilities:

1. COLLECTION

1.1 Locates address and contact numbers of customers.

1.2 Delivers Billing Statements and receives payments from customers.

1.3 Issues Provisional Receipts when Post Dated Checks (PDCs) are received from the Customers.

1.4 Delivers the Official Receipts issued by the Cashier for the matured checks and the dated checks collected from the Customers.

1.5 Reports and remits all the collection to the Cashier.

1.6 Deposits all the collection to the Company's bank account as per instruction.

2. ОТНERS

2.1 Runs for office errands.

2.2 Performs initial verification of billings from port service providers and trading partners with PO transactions.

2.3 Assists in the preparation of billing statement supporting documents.

2.4 Assists in OSS requisitions & timekeeping.

2.5 Submits report of billing & collection transactions.

2.6 Assists in cashiering whenever necessary or in the absence of cashier.

2.7 Maintains proper files of billing statement, check vouchers and other accounting documents.

Job Qualification

I. EDUCATION

• Must be college graduate.

II. EXPERIENCE

• With relevant experience in the same field of expertise.

III. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

• Computer literate Know how to drive motorcycle and or four-wheeled vehicle.

• Ability to compute basic Math calculation

• Analytical Trustworthy

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Location: OCLI Bldg Corrales Ext cor Mendoza St Puntod Cagayan De Oro City

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
