As we continue to grow, we are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on upselling additional tours to existing customers, managing warm leads, and engaging in outbound sales activities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Upsell relevant tours and experiences to existing and incoming customers based on their preferences and travel plans


• Prioritise and convert warm leads, such as inquiries, website bookings, and returning guests


• Conduct cold calls to potential customers to promote tour o erings and seasonal packages


• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and attention to detail


• Accurately record customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales outcomes using CRM software


• Collaborate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences


• Stay up to date with tour o erings, pricing, and seasonal promotions to provide timely and accurate information

Key Requirements


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (non-negotiable)


• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the tourism/hospitality industry is highly regarded


• Confident and professional phone manner, with experience in upselling and cold calling


• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly


• Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and phone tools


• Availability to work during hours aligned with customer engagement and lead response times
