Sales Representative

What you'll be doing
- Identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound calls and emails
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and effectively pitch our telecommunication products and services
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure a seamless customer onboarding process
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the department
- Provide excellent customer service and address any post-sale inquiries or concerns
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Enthusiasm, resilience, and a competitive drive to succeed
