What you'll be doing

  • Identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound calls and emails
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and effectively pitch our telecommunication products and services
  • Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure a seamless customer onboarding process
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the department
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any post-sale inquiries or concerns

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Enthusiasm, resilience, and a competitive drive to succeed
