JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management and/or equivalent course.
  • Preferably with 3 years of experience in the related field.
  • Has great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Having experience as a medical sales representative is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop sales strategies and identify opportunities that will drive sales growth and exceed monthly and year-to-date targets for the assigned revenue segment.
  • Establish strong and sustainable relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to build partnerships that will generate referrals for Shinagawa Diagnostics and Preventive Care Clinic.
  • Manage the sales activities of the medical sales team, including their daily work plans, to ensure adherence to standard sales processes and effective conversion of leads to referrals.
  • Schedule meetings and roundtable discussions with potential and existing clients—including doctors and other healthcare professionals—to present Shinagawa products and services.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales Department to create effective programs that will help drive business sales.
  • Facilitate and implement medical-related events that promote partnerships with medical professionals and doctors.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and territory analyses to management.
  • Manage performance and support the development of Medical Representatives in terms of product knowledge, selling skills, and overall professional growth.
  • Conduct field visits and fieldwork to generate prospects and develop a comprehensive list of doctors and hospitals relevant to the business to increase awareness of Shinagawa.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
