We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC'. As a Sales Representative for Owndays, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in our Eastwood Quezon City Metro Manila store. This full-time position offers a rewarding career opportunity in the sales industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  2. Demonstrate and showcase Owndays products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
  3. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
  4. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  5. Maintain store displays and ensure a well-organised and visually appealing retail environment
  6. Assist with inventory management and replenishment
  7. Collaborate with the wider team to implement sales strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Proven sales experience, preferably in the retail or customer service industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent product knowledge and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  4. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the overall success of the store
  5. Enthusiasm, resilience and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  6. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management procedures
