About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Representative to join our online gaming team. The role involves engaging potential and existing players through calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote our gaming products, services, and special offers. You will play a key role in expanding our player base, increasing engagement, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads to promote online gaming services.

  • Explain gaming features, subscription plans, promotions, and rewards in a clear and persuasive manner.

  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and registration targets.

  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.

  • Stay updated on the latest games, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Ensure compliance with online gaming regulations and company policies.

  • Perform tasks or responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management and Department Head.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or online gaming sales is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.

  • Pleasant and lovely speaking voice with clear pronunciation and engaging tone.

  • Basic understanding of online gaming industry trends.

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.

  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.

  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.

  • Familiarity with CRM software or telemarketing tools is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

  • Enthusiasm for gaming and ability to engage customers effectively.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexible to work in shifts if required.

  • Amenable to work at BGC, Taguig City
