Our Business Automation Professionals company is part of a dynamic group with head offices in NSW, Australia, and a thriving team in Pasig, Manila, Philippines. To supercharge our efficiency and productivity, we're rapidly expanding our Artificial Intelligence division. We already have team members in both Australia and the Philippines, and we're excited to open up 10 new positions for Min-Senior Level Artificial Intelligence Engineers to join our journey

This is a full-time role, based in our Pasig office, working Australian business hours.

We need versatile and driven individuals focused on building agentic AI systems – AI agents that can plan, reason, act autonomously, and deliver immense value across various domains. Whether your strength lies in the front-end, back-end, or full stack, we want to hear from you

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications that incorporate AI/ML and agentic systems.
• Build and deploy machine learning models and pipelines into cloud-based, production-ready environments.
• Develop APIs, backend systems, and/or front-end interfaces that enable seamless interaction with autonomous agents and AI systems.
• Integrate AI agents (LLMs, tool-using agents, planning agents) using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or custom-built agentic architectures.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to deliver seamless AI-driven applications.
• Implement robust data handling, storage, and visualization layers to support agentic workflows.
• Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge sharing across the engineering team.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve system performance and user experience.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, information technology, data science, or similar fields.
• Minimum of 1 years of professional experience in front-end, back-end, or full stack software development.
• Strong experience with Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask, etc.) for back-end roles, and/or proficiency in frontend frameworks (React, , Vue, etc.) for front-end roles.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and experience integrating ML models into applications.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI) or demonstrated interest in agentic system design.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design.
