Material Team Leader (Onsite)

Beta Site, Philippines
Reporting to: Operations Manager

We're an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back-office services on behalf of our global clients. As a Team Leader, your role is vital in keeping our customers and employees happy and contributing to our organization's growth and success.

As an Acquire Intelligence employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedures designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire Intelligence.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
  • Team Leader will have Material Executive and Material Coordinators to handle.
  • Responsible in handling day-to-day performance of the team.
  • Need to work closely with the Operations Manager and will be providing feedback on daily performance and make recommendations for improved performance.  
  • Motivate staff to meet and/or exceed productivity target without affecting the quality of delivery.
  • Manage performance of all staff through weekly coaching and monthly performance review.
  • Manage attrition by ensuring proper and constant guidance and development of every staff in the team.
  • Maintain team's growth and progress by consistently monitoring performance, reinforcing quality, acknowledging strengths and addressing areas of opportunities.
  • Ensure individual and team's adherence to the policies and procedures of the program and of the company; sanctions are applied for non-adherence.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor's Degree graduate.
  • Professional experience as a Team Leader in a call center environment.
  • Must be a strong and clear communicator.  Need to be hands on leader and motivator that drives results.
  • Cognitive and critical thinker
  • Strong work-ethic and a positive attitude along with a desire to build a top performing team.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing project needs in evolving situations
  • Excellent professional communication skills required, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects effectively, with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner
  • Ability to switch gears and frequently reprioritize while keeping a calm and controlled demeanor Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
  • Results driven and highly organized
