About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and driven Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on building agentic AI systems—AI agents that can plan, reason, act autonomously, and deliver value across various domains.

This is a unique opportunity for a Senior AI Engineer with a passion for AI to work at the intersection of AI engineering and agentic AI tooling. You'll contribute to the entire technology stack, ML pipelines, and integration of autonomous agents using state-of-the-art AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute ideas and insights to our Artificial Intelligence team, leveraging your IT expertise to enhance our AI initiatives.

  • Design, develop, deploy and integrate complex AI Agents on enterprise level platforms.

  • Develop tools and resources to integrate customer knowledge bases and application specific data using available API's

  • Develop complex A2A orchestrations

  • Collaborate closely with AI team members and company directors.

  • Implement robust data handling, storage, and visualization layers to support agentic workflows.

  • Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge sharing across the IT team.

  • Contribute to various IT projects, ensuring reliability and performance.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers and other teams to deliver seamless user experiences and functional applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, information technology, data science or similar fields

  • Knowledgeable on different LLM including Grok, Claude, Gemini, OpenAI and llama

  • 3+ years of professional experience on AI architecture and development.

  • Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks including LangChain, Langraph and Google ADK) or demonstrated interest in agentic system design.

  • Experience in Prompt Engineering.

  • Strong backend experience of relational databases like Postgres, MySQL or SQL Server.

  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and experience integrating ML models into applications.

  • Experience working with RESTful APIs microservices.

  • Experience on deploying software applications and AI agent in cloud platforms (Google Vertex AI and Google Cloud)

  • Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design.

  • Passion for AI, autonomous agents, and building innovative products.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Great to Have)

  • Exposure to agentic AI tools (LangChain, Google ADK, VAPI, Vertex AI, etc.).

  • Experience working with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

  • Experience on full stuck web development

  • Understanding of prompt engineering or LLM orchestration.

  • Workflow Orchestration: Tools like LangGraph, Google Cloud Run, or OpenAI Function Calling for complex AI workflows.
