We are looking for a Mid-Level AI Engineer to develop and deploy advanced AI solutions leveraging AI Agentic systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), deep neural networks, NLP, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) methodologies.

The role involves building AI agents with reasoning and autonomy, fine-tuning LLMs for enterprise use, designing deep learning architectures, and integrating NLP capabilities for real-world applications. You will also ensure human oversight is incorporated at key stages of the AI lifecycle to improve accuracy, safety, and ethical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy and integrate complex AI Agents on enterprise level platforms.

  • Develop AI agents with autonomous reasoning and decision-making abilities using frameworks like LangChain, Google ADK, LangGraph.

  • Implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) systems where human feedback improves model performance, accuracy, and reliability.

  • Develop voice agents using products like VAPI

  • Fine-tune and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., AbacusAI, OPENAI, Gemini, Claude, Deepseek) for specific enterprise or product needs.

  • Build and optimize deep neural networks for classification, recommendation, and predictive analytics tasks.

  • Develop AI pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and deployment using MLOps practices.

  • Ensure AI solutions are scalable, ethical, and explainable through human-in-the-loop feedback and model monitoring.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into applications via APIs or microservices.

  • Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge sharing across the AI engineering team.

  • Stay updated on cutting-edge research in AI agents, reinforcement learning, etc.

  • Deploy and manage AI workloads on cloud platforms such as:

  • Azure: Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, AKS, Azure AI Foundry

  • GCP: Vertex AI, Cloud Functions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, cloud deployment.

  • Strong backend experience with Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask, etc.) and proficiency in frontend frameworks (React, , Vue, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and integration of ML models into applications.

  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK) or demonstrated interest in agentic system design.

  • Experience working as a Prompt Engineering

  • Experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Google Vertex AI and Google Cloud).

  • Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design.

  • Passion for AI, autonomous agents, and building innovative products.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Great to Have)

  • Exposure to agentic AI tools (LangChain, Google ADK, VAPI, Vertex AI, etc.).

  • Experience working with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

  • Understanding of prompt engineering or LLM orchestration.

  • Workflow Orchestration: Tools like LangGraph, Google Cloud Run, or OpenAI Function Calling for complex AI workflows.
