Job Description:

The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end MEP design with a focus on Commercial, Residential, Mixed-Use Buildings, Healthcare, Multi-Family, and Educational Facilities.

The engineer will handle HVAC design using Revit from conceptualization to project completion without supervision. This includes preparation of HVAC layouts, load calculations, system design, and coordination with other disciplines to ensure compliance with project specifications and US standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform HVAC design for various building types including commercial, residential, healthcare, educational, and mixed-use facilities.
  • Use Revit for all design stages — from initial concept to final project completion.
  • Prepare drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant US codes and standards.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines (MEP, structural, architectural) to integrate HVAC designs into the overall project.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical input as required.
  • Work independently and take ownership of the full HVAC design process.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed or Registered Engineer (Mechanical or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HVAC design.
  • Proficient in Revit for HVAC design.
  • Experience in full project cycles — from conceptualization to completion — for HVAC systems.
  • Strong knowledge of US codes and standards related to HVAC design.
  • Experience working on commercial, residential, mixed-use, healthcare, educational, or multi-family projects.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver quality designs efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php65,000.00 per month
