Nativ Techniks Inc. helps commercial and industrial companies in the Philippines achieve energy cost efficiency through integrated solar and HVAC solutions. We're expanding our capabilities and are seeking a Certified Energy Auditor to start and grow our ESCO team.

The ideal candidate will lead technical assessments, identify energy-saving opportunities, and help shape our long-term energy efficiency strategy. This is a leadership role with strong potential for professional growth within a forward-thinking energy solutions company.

What We're Looking For:

· DOE-accredited Certified Energy Auditor (CEA)

· Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering (or related field)

· 3–5 years of energy audit experience in commercial or industrial settings

· Skilled in energy modeling, M&V, and audit reporting

· Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

· Ability to build and lead the ESCO team
