1. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve retail sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to guide pricing and promotion strategies.
- Set regional and branch sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to align sales campaigns with company objectives.
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Supervise regional or area sales managers, key account supervisors, and retail sales representatives.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and drive team motivation and accountability.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to strengthen field execution and customer engagement.
- Foster a results-oriented culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
3. Business Development
- Identify new market opportunities and retail channels for business growth.
- Strengthen relationships with existing retail partners, dealers, and distributors.
- Lead initiatives to expand the company's retail footprint (new branches, stores, or franchise locations).
- Negotiate major retail contracts and partnerships.
4. Sales Operations & Performance Monitoring
- Oversee day-to-day retail sales operations and ensure consistent customer service standards.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports on performance, market share, and profitability.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales forecasts, budgets, and incentive programs.
- Implement retail sales automation tools, CRM systems, and performance dashboards.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across retail outlets.
- Address escalated customer issues or complaints in coordination with operations and customer care.
- Develop programs to enhance brand loyalty and repeat sales.
6. Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Manage sales budgets, incentives, and promotional expenditures.
- Ensure all retail sales activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Review and approve pricing adjustments, discounts, and credit terms within company policy.

Pay: Php75, Php85,000.00 per month
