Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company targets.
- Identify new retail opportunities and growth areas to expand the company's customer base.
- Forecast sales trends and set short-term and long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional and pricing strategies.
2. Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise regional, area, and store sales teams.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance standards for the team.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Build a strong, motivated, and customer-focused sales force.
3. Retail Operations
- Oversee daily sales activities and ensure smooth retail operations.
- Monitor store performance and ensure compliance with brand and operational standards.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.
- Analyze sales data to improve sales efficiency, customer service, and profitability.
4. Business Development
- Develop partnerships and relationships with key accounts, distributors, and business partners.
- Explore new locations or channels for retail expansion (e.g., franchise, online, or regional outlets).
- Represent the company in trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
5. Financial Management
- Prepare and manage annual sales budgets and expense forecasts.
- Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining sales and service quality.
- Analyze sales performance, profit margins, and return on investment.
6. Customer Engagement
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure feedback systems are in place.
- Develop programs to improve customer experience and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role in retail or FMCG.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales growth and managing large retail networks.
- Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and data analytics tools.
- Willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php75, Php85,000.00 per month
