Senior Analyst- Human Capital Management

About the Role:We are looking for a Senior Analyst – Human Capital Management (HCM) who will play a key role in implementing, enhancing, and maintaining our HCM modules—specifically in Performance Management and Talent Management. The ideal candidate is a hands-on system expert with strong experience in HR system configurations and functional setups.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support project implementations in the Performance Management/Talent Management modules.Configure and enhance system functionalities related to Goals and Performance Reviews.Perform system configuration including:Eligibility profiles, performance roles, and document typesValue sets, lookups, notifications, and box chart labelsCollaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure successful rollout and maintenance of HCM enhancements.Provide end-user guidance and documentation support through Guided Learning.Utilize Setup and Maintenance tools under Workforce Development > Worker Performance.Support continuous process improvement initiatives across HR systems.Non-Negotiable Requirements:Minimum 2 years of hands-on project implementation experience in HCM Modules (Performance Management/Talent Management).Proven experience in system configuration and enhancements related to performance reviews and goal management.Practical experience with any HR system focused on Performance Management or Talent Management (e.g., Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications:Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud (able to walk through key functionalities and navigation).Exposure to Setup and Maintenance tools within Oracle HCM.Experience with end-user support and training delivery.Working Arrangement:3x RTO, 2x WFHWilling to work in MandaluyongMonday to Friday (9am-6pm)Job Type: Full-timePay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid trainingWork Location: In person
