We are looking for Logistics Admin Support in BGC for a Hybrid Set up.

Job Description:

Work with Logistics Manager in driving efficiency initiatives related to the following:

· Brainstorm and provide suggestions for "Do It Your Best" logistics projects.

· Encode and manage data inputs to support route optimization and delivery clustering analysis.

· Consolidate data to monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

· Track, analyze, and report key logistics KPIs to ensure operational targets are met.

· Maintain and update logistics-related documents, SLAs, technical instructions, and SOPs to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Compile and organize logistics requirements and supporting documents for tender and SLA discussions.

· Participate in planning sessions and reviews with RC Associates; proactively engage with cross-functional teams to contribute insights and support operations.

Engagement Across Departments (Under Guidance of Logistics Manager):

· Warehouse Operations (Cainta and Cebu Distribution Center)

· Customer Service: Coordinate logistics support for customer requirements.

· Finance: Assist with logistics-related documentation and reporting.

· QFS & HSSE: Support compliance with quality, food safety, and health, safety & environmental standards.

· 3PL Vendors: Monitor performance and maintain documentation.

· Sales & BDM: Coordinate logistics requirements for sales and customer operations.

Qualifications / Requirements

· Education: College Level or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Experience: With at least 1 to 2 years' Background in logistics operations, warehouse coordination, or supply chain support; capable of quickly adapting to tasks ("plug-and-play" type).

· Skills:

o Strong organizational and documentation skills.

o Basic data analysis and KPI monitoring.

o Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external vendors.

o Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Work Style: Flexible and adaptable to hybrid work arrangements and occasional field work.

· Other Requirements:

o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

o Familiarity with logistics processes, delivery clustering, and warehouse operations is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
