Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit and Collection Head based in Manila. The Credit and Collection Head will be responsible for managing debt collection processes, overseeing collections management, and analyzing financial data. Additional responsibilities include managing the collections team and developing strategies to ensure timely receivables. The role requires maintaining effective communication with clients and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

  • Team Management skills to lead and supervise the collections team
  • Finance knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Manila
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
