CREDIT AND COLLECTION STAFF

The Credit and Collection Staff is responsible for the timely and effective collection of membership dues, from Azalea Vacation Club members. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to preserving positive member relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Monitor and analyze member accounts to identify delinquent payments and overdue balances.
  • ​Generate and distribute billing statements, payment reminders, and collection notices to members.
  • ​Post and apply payments to member accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
  • ​Reconcile accounts to ensure all balances are correct and up-to-date.
  • ​Prepare and maintain detailed reports on accounts receivable aging, collection activities, and payment trends.
  • ​Contact members via phone, email, and written correspondence to follow up on overdue payments.
  • ​Provide clear and accurate information to members regarding their account status, payment history, and available payment options.
  • ​Resolve billing disputes and other payment-related inquiries in a customer-centric and efficient manner.
  • ​Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection efforts, including calls, emails, payment commitments, and account notes.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, BS Accounting Technology, Management Accounting or any relevant course.
  • Previous experience in accounting is preferable
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Ability to work and coordinate effectively with various types of people and department
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Willing to work on Saturday
